Middle SEO Specialist

Idea Digital Agency is an SEO agency with eight years of experience working with businesses in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States. We build strategies around business goals rather than generic templates.
We are looking for a Middle SEO Specialist who is ready to influence project strategy, work with AI and GEO search requirements, and grow with the team.
What you will do
- Conduct SEO audits and prepare detailed optimization roadmaps.
- Develop promotion strategies together with the SEO Team Lead.
- Collect and cluster semantics and design landing-page structures.
- Prepare briefs for copywriters, developers, and content managers.
- Analyze backlink profiles, build link-building strategies, and share expertise in the internal SEO Club.
What we expect
- At least two years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency, and experience managing several projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of semantics, website structure, technical and content audits.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, responsibility, initiative, and clear communication.
It will be an advantage
- English at B1 level or higher.
- Experience with e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS projects and participation in client calls or presales.
Tools
Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, Looker Studio, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
