We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will ensure effective communication between clients, business, and the team, and also contribute to the development of internal processes and increase the efficiency of the teams.
What will you do:
✔️ at the start — team onboarding and support from the manager and team in adapting to processes;
✔️ supporting the client at all stages of cooperation with the company (correspondence by mail, calls, video conferences);
✔️ planning the team's working hours and workload;
✔️ holding quick meetings with the team to synchronize actions;
✔️ high-quality project documentation management;
✔️ working with tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet, Zoom, Worksection, Telegram, Loom, Sembly.
✔️ participating in evaluating the performance of specialists and forming recommendations for improving department processes;
✔️ reporting.
We expect you to:
✔️ have basic knowledge and understanding of online marketing and/or SEO;
✔️ have English language skills at B1+ level (especially writing);
✔️ be able to express your thoughts correctly and clearly;
✔️ have effective communication skills;
✔️ you have experience working with time tracking tools.
✔️ you have conflict resolution skills.
✔️ you are systematic, structured, and strive for continuous improvement of processes — these are your ways of thinking and approaches to work.
What would be a plus:
