Our team is looking for an ambitious and competent Sales Manager who strives not only to increase the number and quality of leads, but also to constantly seek new approaches to communication, have an unwavering desire to close deals, and pursue professional development
📌 What you will do:
- Processing customer inquiries from the website, email, referrals, and mailings.
- Qualifying leads.
- Communicating with customers and conducting briefings.
- Forwarding requests to the team for preliminary analysis.
- Preparing commercial proposals and presentations.
- Agree on presentation times and hold meetings on Zoom/Meet.
- Conduct negotiations and follow up until payment is received.
- Coordinate contract signing.
- Look for opportunities to obtain additional leads.
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably selling services or SaaS solutions).
- Understanding of the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Confident verbal and written communication in Ukrainian.
- Active, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
- Results-oriented, responsible for your own goals and performance.
- Ability to work with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive).

- Sales experience in the digital or IT sector.
- Basic understanding of SEO, marketing, or advertising services.
- English language skills (B1+).
- Experience selling to European and US markets.
💼 Сonditions:
- Full-time, remote.
- Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8-9 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. (flexible).
- Payment system: base salary + % of sales, bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Direct interaction with the agency manager.
- 15 days of vacation and 1 day off on your birthday.
