The site had a number of technical errors that prevented it from being promoted in the search engine. In particular, the robots.txt file was incorrectly formed, and the sitemap.xml contained spam links:

The site had duplicate pages, no H1 headings, and in general, the text was marked up incorrectly in some places, the title and description meta tags were not processed;
Also, the performance indicators were at a low level, and there were many errors in the layout. Since the site was built on the Weblium constructor, eliminating these errors took some time and required some effort from the technical team.
One of the most serious problems of the project was the lack of communication between the language versions of the site. Here everything rested on the peculiarities of the site implementation - at the time of work, the Weblium constructor did not provide for the use of language versions, so they were implemented as two sites that were not properly connected to each other. One of the important and primary tasks for the SEO team was to implement the communication between the language versions.
Conducted a deep technical audit of the site;
Provided TOR for establishing a connection between the language versions of the site;
Checked the settings and creation of AMP pages
Conducted an analysis of the current structure of the site, and made recommendations for its improvement. Made recommendations for the implementation of additional pages, in particular, adding a catalog;
Analyzed competitors' promotion strategies;
Collected a relevant semantic core.
Conducted semantic clustering.
Created technical tasks for further optimization of pages:
implementation of optimized meta tags (title, description, H1);
writing and adding optimized content to the site;
We developed a blog strategy, prepared monthly terms of reference for writing high-quality thematic articles;
We worked on building link mass. We worked with various types of links - outreach, crowd, submissions, local links;
Over 9 months of active promotion after implementing all technical improvements and optimization, the site received a significant increase in organic traffic:

During the promotion period (03/1/2022-12/31/2022), the following dynamics were observed in the project:
132.31% increase in users (from 2767 to 6428 users)
139.54% increase in new users (from 2691 to 6446 new users)
97.38% increase in sessions (from 4014 to 7923 sessions)
The Russian subdomain of the site is in the TOP 3 search results for 63 relevant keywords.

The Ukrainian version is on the main domain. It is in the TOP 3 search results for 204 keywords.

Blog queries also occupy top positions. According to them, the site is in the TOP 3 for 197 keywords;

After the start of a full-scale war, a decision was made to suspend work on the promotion of the project. And since the spring of 2023, work has been resumed, and promotion continues.
It is noteworthy that during the suspension period, the project indicators continued to show positive dynamics.
This is clearly visible in the graph comparing the growth of organic traffic for the periods 01.05.2021-28.02.2022 with 01.05.2022-28.02.2023.
The growth of organic traffic was 217.09%.
