The state of the site before the start of work:
The site used to operate on the pl.daily-medical.com.ua subdomain but was later transferred to the new d-med.com.ua domain. This was done to separate the main website of the clinic and the plastic surgery department to enable the launch of contextual advertising on the former (due to the peculiarities of the content on the latter, which could interfere with advertising campaigns).
At the start of the work, the domain pl.daily-medical.com.ua was not visible in search engines.

The site ranked for a relatively small number of keywords, and only 10 of them were in the TOP 5.

First, we conducted a detailed analysis of the center's website and its competitors, which allowed us to formulate the following recommendations:
Content optimization: it is necessary to refine the texts on categories, subcategories, and landing pages or, if necessary, create new ones using relevant key queries collected in the semantic core. Particular attention should be paid to geo-referenced keywords that are important to the client's target audience.
Optimization of meta tags: Meta tags (title, description) needed to be revised to include keywords from the semantic core.
Strengthening of E-E-A-T indicators (experience, expertise, credibility, reliability):
Since the doctors did not have separate pages on individual URLs at the start, it was necessary to create them and fill them with content;

It was also necessary to create cases with real photos of patients in the "before and after" format, add them not only to the gallery but also to the pages of the relevant services, and attach the card of the doctor who performed the operation;
Also, at the beginning of the work, we conducted an in-depth technical audit of the site, where we identified and described all the errors that could hinder further quality promotion of the site (static meta tags on promotions, problems with canonicals and pagination, etc.), and created a technical specification for moving the site from a subdomain to a new separate domain and, at the same time, adding a Ukrainian language version to the site. Since this work coincided with the domain change, and the site was just starting to gain momentum at that time, the URL change itself (the Russian version of the site moved to the /ru subfolder from the main domain) was as painless as possible for the site. Thus, Ukrainian became the main language of the site (on the main domain).
Work that was done
Optimization of the website's key services pages, taking into account the semantics, its complexity, and regionalization.
Working on E-E-A-T factors, working with doctors' pages, and case studies to strengthen the site's reputation.
Work with information traffic: writing articles on the subject of the site, with proofreading from the center's doctors.
Development of an external promotion strategy - the following types of links were agreed upon, which are regularly placed as part of off-page work:
Perpetual links in articles on resources with good domain rankings, preferably with local and/or thematic references.
Local links from the site and company directories.
Forum links in thematic branches and communities.
5. Regular analysis of website indexing, identification, and elimination of factors that may negatively affect it.
Results.
The website was transferred to a new domain in February 2023. At the start of the work, in September, the site was visited by 56 users in a month, which is 51.35% more than in the previous month, meaning that there were positive results in the first month (even on the old domain):


At the time of the move and the introduction of URL changes due to the new language version in February, the number of visitors was already 112, and the move caused a temporary drop, as 136 users had visited the site in January:


As of now, the site has a significant increase in traffic indicators - in December 2024 alone, it was visited by 3,954 users from Ukraine:


In general, traffic to the site has been actively growing since the launch of the project to date, with small dips due to seasonality (for example, during the New Year):

Clicks and impressions have been available for research since October 2023. However, the graph shows a significant increase in click-through rate and average position, which resulted in several times more clicks with slower growth in impressions:

The site's position is also growing. The graph below shows how the average site position has grown over the course of the project:

The dynamics demonstrate an improvement in the site's visibility in search results, which indicates the effectiveness of the SEO strategy.

Conclusion.
During the promotion, the site grew significantly - from 37 users per month to about 4000. We managed to get a large number of top positions, including for geo-referenced keys, and gain a foothold in them.
From February 2023 to January 2025, we received 380 direct conversions from 236 users:

Since the plastic surgery niche is associated with making important decisions about surgery (because they take time and are expensive), some conversions are delayed (people can simply record the phone and wait until they are ready), so the number of calls is actually higher.
Currently, work on the project continues.
